This addition and renovation enlarged and opened an outdated 1970’s era Kitchen space, opening to a new Breakfast Room and Family Room sitting area. Structural columns required to carry the second floor and roof were incorporated into the architectural design and kitchen island.

Reorganization of this area extended to functional and aesthetic improvements of the garage entrance and laundry area.
