Xiomara started her own architectural practice in 1994 after ten previous years of experience at northern New Jersey architectural firms. Her “trademark” is her reputation for fine residential design and creative architectural solutions that are sensitive to the historic detail, style and setting of the Client’s home.

Her passion for old homes, her technical expertise and her eye for detail have led to successful completion of hundreds of projects in Bergen County and surrounding communities.

Xiomara is proud of her firm’s large portfolio, specializing in additions, alterations and renovations to older homes of any style, as well as new custom homes, where attention to period style and detail is combined with modern construction technology.
